Last year, I reached a milestone that still feels surreal — I achieved $1 Million in Career Sales with Stampin’ Up!. This September, I had the honor of attending the Million Sales Retreat in Salt Lake City, Utah, to celebrate that achievement along with 12 other demonstrators.
This special retreat was filled with unforgettable experiences, laughter, surprises, and so many thoughtful touches from Stampin’ Up! I wanted to share a peek into this incredible week with you!

Tuesday: Arrival & Welcome
We arrived in Salt Lake City and checked into our room, which was absolutely amazing! That evening we had the most wonderful dinner, and honestly, I didn’t take a single picture because I was too busy laughing and enjoying the company. When we returned to our room, there were some incredible gifts waiting for us. Stampin’ Up! really knows how to make us feel celebrated and spoiled.

Wednesday: Celebration & Behind-the-Scenes
The next morning started with one of the most special moments of the entire week. The Stampin’ Up! staff greeted us with cheers as we arrived. It was an emotional and surreal moment! I got the most gorgeous flowers (I even managed to bring some home on the plane).
We got a behind-the-scenes tour of the Home Office, which was fascinating. We visited the warehouse, met with the marketing team, and saw the photography and video rooms where so much of the catalog magic happens. I especially loved the video studio — so cool! I even got to meet the designer for my upcoming stamp set, which will release in January 2027.

At lunch, there was a basketball competition. I wasn’t planning to join in until I heard there was a prize (what can I say, I’m a little competitive!). I ended up being the last female standing before losing to the overall champ — but I had such a blast.
Thursday: Tiffany’s & Christmas Crafting
Thursday morning brought a very unique experience: shopping at Tiffany & Co. with a $500 gift card! The staff greeted us, shared the brand’s history, and even let us try on anything in the store. I found the most perfect heart-shaped ring to remember the moment. Breakfast and drinks were served right there, which made it feel extra fancy.

Back at the Home Office, we had more sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes moments. Lunch included my very first Swig (delicious!) and I received an awesome million sales stamp. Later, we crafted with Sara and Shelli and made a beautiful album. I actually said out loud, “Wow, what a fun day!” — because it truly was.

That evening, the fun continued with a Christmas crafting party with Sara and Shelli. Picture this: Christmas PJs, an over-the-top hot chocolate bar, Crumbl cookies, festive music, and two brand new Christmas kits to play with. It was pure holiday joy in September.

Friday: Shopping, Horses & Cowboy Poetry
Friday was our last full day, and it ended up being very memorable as well. We had some free time so Ryan and I spent the morning exploring Park City, where we went shopping in the small downtown and got to see some of the Olympic ski hills.

That evening, weather forced a last-minute change of plans, but Stampin’ Up! pivoted and we went to Courage Reins, a nonprofit that provides equine-assisted therapy for individuals with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. Hearing Shelli and Sterling share their connection to the organization was moving, and I loved spending time with the gentle horses (my first time ever up close!). The arena even had Stampin’ Up! rubber scraps mixed into the sawdust — how neat is that?

We ended the night with a dutch oven dinner, perfect western-style decorations, and cowboy poetry. The horses even tried to join in a few times, which made everyone laugh. To top it all off, we each received a gorgeous handwoven western blanket to take home.

Back at the hotel, there was one final surprise waiting for me: a necklace engraved on all four sides. It had my Stampin’ Up! start date, the date I hit $1 Million, “Stampin’ Up!”, and “1,000,000.” Such a meaningful keepsake.

Saturday: Heading Home
Saturday morning we packed up and headed home with our hearts and suitcases full.
