This month’s free virtual card class was such a fun one! Four cards, brand new catalog products, and one very cute June Product of the Month that I honestly think might sell out before the month is over. Watch the replay below and craft along with me!
Here’s what we made:
Card 1: Relaxing Waterside Chair Scene
This one uses the Relaxing Waterside Bundle and features the most adorable die-cut Adirondack chair in Misty Moonlight, a little seagull tucked in the corner, and soft ink blending on an Everyday Arches background. I used Crumb Cake and Misty Moonlight blending brushes to give it that soft, beachy feel. This bundle is $46.75 and it’s also what I picked for the Owlet Card Club this month because I love how many ways you can use it.
Card 2: Wild Bunch Animals (Highland Cow, Koala, Snail)
This is the one I overnighted my stamp set for and I have zero regrets. The Wild Bunch is the June Product of the Month and it is honestly one of the cutest sets we have had in a long time. A highland cow, a koala, a snail, a penguin, little presents, a party hat, and really sweet sentiments. I colored the animals with Stampin’ Blends right on camera and fussy cut them out to layer onto Wood Grain Wonders DSP with a Basic Black mat. So fun and so worth the time!
Card 3: Party Penguin Birthday Card
Same Wild Bunch stamp set, totally different look. The penguin gets a party hat with Wink of Stella sparkle, little fussy-cut presents, and a speckled circle background in Misty Moonlight. Bubble Bath card stock keeps it soft and sweet, and a few Sunset Sparkle Sequins finish it perfectly. This one is a birthday card your recipient will actually save.
Card 4: Hello Sunshine Summer Card
This one uses the Splash and Relax Bundle from our last retreat and it is just perfect for summer. The card features a two-step stamped inner tube, die-cut sunglasses, flip flops, and a little lotion bottle assembled on a Darling Duckling base with gingham from the Everyday Essentials Mix and Match DSP. We used Wink of Stella on the strawberry slush panel and added Sunset Sparkle Sequins for just the right finishing touch.
