If you want Christmas cards that feel cozy and handmade, with gingerbread men, peppermints, and holly, these four cards are a sweet place to start. All four use just one stamp bundle, so it’s easy to make a whole set.

Why I Love the Home for Christmas Bundle
The Home for Christmas Bundle is $51.25, and it has a little gingerbread man, a peppermint, a Christmas tree, and some really fun fonts. The dies are so cool too. There’s a pocket die that holds a gift card, plus holly, a peppermint wrapper, tags, and a scallop. Stampin’ Up! shows it more for scrapbooking, and it’s great for memory keeping, but I pieced the large sentiments apart and it works beautifully on cards.
I paired it with the Timeless Christmas 12×12 Designer Series Paper ($13), which has Poppy Parade with tiny polka dots, Peaceful Pine with larger dots, a gingerbread snowflake print, a plaid, and a holly print. There’s also a sheet full of cute tags and pieces. I used just three ink pads for the whole class: Poppy Parade, Pecan Pie, and Peaceful Pine.
How to Make a Gingerbread Christmas Card With a Gift Card Pocket
This first card has the most going on, but it’s worth it. It starts with a Poppy Parade card base and a Peaceful Pine layer that I ran through a swirl embossing folder. You can use any embossing folder you have. Then I wrapped Basic Beige jute around it twice and tied a bow, and added a scalloped piece of designer paper in the center with dimensionals.
For the little scene, I stamped the gingerbread man in Pecan Pie and the peppermint in Poppy Parade, then die cut them. I added Peaceful Pine holly leaves and little Poppy Parade berries, then brushed Wink of Stella on the berries and the edges of the leaves so they sparkle. The gingerbread man gets tiny peppermint embellishments for buttons.
My favorite part is the inside. I die cut the pocket right out of the paper, folded the edges in, and glued it down, so you can tuck in a gift card, a little cash, or even a photo, and still have room to write your message.
How to Make a Comfort and Joy Gingerbread Tag Card
This one comes together quickly. It has a Peaceful Pine card base with a Pecan Pie layer and a 2 x 3 3/4 inch strip of designer paper. The big tag comes right off the designer paper sheet, and it already has the cutest row of gingerbread people along the bottom. I just snipped the corners with paper snips.
I stamped Comfort and Joy on the tag in Peaceful Pine, popped it up at an angle with dimensionals, and added a Pecan Pie jute bow with a glue dot and a few peppermints. A set of these tags would be adorable on gift bags too.
How to Make a Fa La La Gingerbread Card
This card uses a Poppy Parade base, the designer paper with little bows and dots, and a snowflake tag from the tag sheet. I added a banner cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies. These cards were a little out of my comfort zone with all the patterns, but I love how they turned out.
I stamped Fa La La twice in Poppy Parade, then stamped and die cut another gingerbread man and glued him onto the tag before popping it up. A Crumb Cake jute bow and three peppermints finish it off. One tip I learned from you guys during the live: use just a bead of liquid glue around the edge and a squiggle in the middle, so your card doesn’t buckle.
How to Make a Holly Christmas Card With “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”
I really wanted to use the holly paper, so this last card is all about that. It has Peaceful Pine and Poppy Parade with the holly designer paper. I stamped “It’s the most wonderful time of the year” and fussy cut it apart, keeping “It’s the most wonderful” as one piece and “time” on its own.
My fussy cutting tip: I’m right handed, so I move the paper with my left hand and keep my scissors still. It gives me a smoother line. I added the little tree piece and the sentiment with dimensionals. The holly background is busy, so I kept this one simple, but you could add jute or a few peppermints if you want more.
