Are you a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator wanting to add a fun and engaging element to your regular downline meetings?
I was in this situation a while back and adding a card swap to my monthly downline meetings has been very successful. Everyone loves this part of the meeting and the swap can work for both small and large teams.
Here are three reasons why I decided to add a card swap to my Stampin’ Up! Downline meetings, and why you should too.
Having a card swap at your Stampin’ Up! downline meeting will…
1 – Save your downline valuable creative time.
Both hobby and business stampers can save a lot of creative time by receiving a variety of quality swap cards to use for creative inspiration. This is one of the main benefits of attending a card swap, and is even more valuable if you offer this opportunity to your team. Time saved in the creative process will make a stamper more productive as they plan cards for upcoming classes or their personal card rack.
2 – Give your downline a reason to stamp.
If you offer a card swap at your meetings most attendees will participate because they won’t want to be left out of the fun. This will force your team to be creative and consume product to prepare for your meeting, helping to keep them motivated and active.
3 – Add a great dynamic to the meeting.
Rather than you talking for the entire meeting, having a card swap is a fun way for your team to interact with each other. Participants will give each other compliments and ask questions, strengthening relationships along the way. You can also add more fun by having a challenge where everyone votes for their favorite swap card and the winner gets a prize!
These are just a few reasons to consider adding a card swap to your Stampin’ Up! Downline meetings. Can you think of any other benefits? Please share in the comments.
