If you offer a card swap at your meetings most attendees will participate because they won’t want to be left out of the fun. This will force your team to be creative and consume product to prepare for your meeting, helping to keep them motivated and active.

Rather than you talking for the entire meeting, having a card swap is a fun way for your team to interact with each other.
